While Greenwich has several great farmers market offerings (Old Greenwich, Sam Bridge, the Greenwich Train Station, to name a few), there are not as many Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) options. Luckily, one we do have is an exception in variety, quality, and service.
Mike’s delivers to our door weekly and has many different options - full share or half share, and a wide variety of add-ons like a dozen eggs, extra fruits, milk, fish, or meat - that make it easy to fit different budgets and needs. In my family, the kids hit the fruit very, very hard, so we do the four fruits add-on. Tuesday is one of the best days of the week due to Mike’s delivery. The flavor, freshness, and variety of produce are outstanding and the wide range of items has broadened our horizons.
You can also shop in person at Mike’s Organic in Cos Cob or order groceries online to be delivered or picked up. We love “Made By Mike’s” dishes.
